Sarah Kendall has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and food safety. Sarah is currently working as the Director of Quality and Food Safety at Ornua Ingredients North America since June 2023. Prior to this, they owned and operated their own business, Weister Creek LLC, from October 2022. From May 2020 to June 2023, Sarah worked as the Food Safety and Quality Manager at Holmen Cheese LLC. Before that, they served as the Quality Assurance Manager at Foremost Farms USA from December 2017 to May 2020. Sarah also worked at Organic Valley, starting as a Quality Assurance Lab Technician from December 2010 to April 2012, then as a Quality Assurance Technician from April 2012 to January 2014, and finally as a Quality Assurance Team Lead from January 2014 to January 2015. In addition, they worked as a Quality Assurance Supervisor - Vendor Compliance at Organic Valley from January 2016 to December 2017. Sarah began their career as a Laboratory Analyst 1 at Pace Analytical in June 2010.
Sarah Kendall received their Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in the years 2006-2010. Sarah then went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Food Safety from Michigan State University between 2018-2021.
