Micha Legmann has worked at Ormat Technologies, Inc. for the majority of their career. Micha started as a Project Engineer in 2005 and continued in that role until June 2011. From July 2011 to December 2017, they served as a Project Manager. In July 2019, they were promoted to the position of Director of Supply Projects.

Micha Legmann received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University in 2005. Micha later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Management of Technology, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MoTIE) from the same university, which they completed in 2013.
