Kelly Blake is an experienced professional in geosciences and exploration operations, currently serving as a Resource Manager for Exploration Operations and Geophysics at Ormat Technologies, Inc. since October 2023. Previously, Kelly held various roles in the US Navy for over 12 years, including Division Director and Geologist, focusing on research and exploration of geothermal resources. Notable skills include project management for geothermal applications, image log analyses, and statistical scripting in Matlab. Prior to military service, Kelly gained experience as a Research Assistant at Temple University and as a Geotechnical Engineer at Melick-Tully and Associates, complemented by a strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in Geology from Temple University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Geoscience from Slippery Rock University.
