Leticia Marin has extensive experience in customer care, starting as a Billing/Customer Service representative at Worldwide Cosmetics from June 1995 to September 2005, progressing to Retail Division Customer Care Manager. From October 2005 to June 2006, Leticia served as an EDI Coordinator at Felina Lingerie. Since July 2006, Leticia has been with ORLY International, where a successful career has included roles as Customer Care/Key Account Specialist, Customer Care Manager, Director of Customer Care, and currently as Sr. Director of Customer Care.
