Brian Henry is the current Chief Legal Officer at ORLANS PC. Prior to this, they worked as Commercial Services Counsel at eTITLE Agency Inc. from August 2011 to July 2014. Brian was responsible for supervising closings for both residential and commercial sale and refinance transactions, as well as providing title curative advice and reviewing title curative issues related to commercial closings. Brian also processed requests for commercial title commitments and developed commercial closing procedures for eTitle's commercial division.
From June 2010 to May 2011, Brian served as Board Chairman of the Birmingham Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. In this role, they were the leader of the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce serving Birmingham, Bloomfield, Bloomfield Township, Bingham Farms, Beverly Hills and Franklin.
Brian has also worked as Senior Executive Counsel and Loan Resolution Counsel at Orlans PC, and as a shareholder at STROBL & SHARP, P.C. Brian has also served on the board of Brother Rice High School from January 2005 to December 2009.
Brian Henry attended the University of Michigan for their undergraduate degree, where they studied philosophy and economics. Brian then went on to attend the University of Detroit Mercy for their Juris Doctorate in law. After graduating from law school, they became certified by the State Bar of Michigan in bar admission.
