Sara Walker is a dedicated physical therapist with extensive experience in various healthcare settings. Since October 2019, Sara has been employed at Unified Rehabilitation and has also worked as a PRN Physical Therapist for Orlando Senior Health Network and Select Rehabilitation since April and August 2019, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as a Student Physical Therapist at Lifecare Center of Orlando in early 2018 and completing several internships at Health Central Hospital, Ability Rehabilitation, and CORA Physical Therapy. Sara holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science (Pre-Clinical) with Honors, both from the University of Central Florida. Key skills include patient evaluation and treatment for geriatric populations, home evaluations, participation in interdisciplinary care plans, and experience supervising physical therapist assistants.
