Xinjie Lan is an accomplished engineering lead and software engineer with extensive experience in developing innovative technology solutions. Currently serving as an Engineering Lead at Orkestra since September 2023, Xinjie previously contributed as a Senior Software Engineer at Nano Digital Home Loans, where significant achievements included creating an online lending platform that streamlined home loan processing. Prior roles include Backend Software Engineer at VAPAR, where Xinjie optimized performance, developed scalable microservices, and created over 30 RESTful APIs, and Software Engineer at Triple A Super, leading teams to deliver web systems efficiently. Xinjie's foundational experience includes working part-time as a Vehicle Service Attendant and tutoring physics students at UC Irvine.
