Little Dustin possesses extensive experience in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Quality Manager at Orizon Aerostructures since February 2017, after previously holding the role of Quality Engineer. Prior to this, Little Dustin contributed to Ducommun AeroStructures for over 13 years, where responsibilities included serving as Paint/Process Line Supervisor and Quality Control Inspector. Earlier career experience also includes a position as Level I Radiographer at Tulsa Gamma Ray. Little Dustin earned a Non Destructive Testing Diploma from Spartan School of Aeronautics in 2001.
