David Breen is the Head of Asset Risk & Business Systems at ORIX New Zealand Ltd since August 1998. Prior to this role, David was the Yield Manager for Interisland Travel at TranzRail from October 1995 to August 1998. David also held the position of Forecasting Manager and Policy Analyst at the Department of Social Welfare from May 1992 to October 1995. David holds a MBA from Henley Business School (1989 - 1996) and a B Com (Hons) in Economics and Accounting from the University of Otago (1980 - 1983).
