Tejas Wadiwala has a diverse work experience, starting in 2017 at Accenture as an Application Development Associate. In this role, they worked in an Agile environment, utilizing Scrum processes and technologies such as AWS and Big Data. Tejas also developed scripts using Python and shell to automate file management tasks.
In 2019, Tejas joined the Ontario Ministry of Education as an Application Programmer Analyst. Here, they received training in MS Power BI and used it to create forecasting reports by developing DAX queries, resulting in an 81% increase in efficiency. Tejas also worked on COBOL code on a mainframe system, making changes to the name of the ministry according to standards that impacted thousands of students.
Tejas then moved on to SSENSE in 2020, where they initially worked as a Software Developer and later as a Software Developer II. In their role, Tejas contributed to the development of the Warehouse Management System's Integration Layer, utilizing Domain Driven Design (DDD) architecture and TypeScript. Tejas also utilized the Serverless Framework on AWS Lambda to develop applications for the AWS Step Functions, all while creating unit tests for each code block written.
Most recently, Tejas joined Orium (formerly Myplanet) in 2022 as a Product Developer.
Tejas Wadiwala completed a Master's of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from Lakehead University, starting in 2018 and finishing in 2020. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Tejas Wadiwala earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai. Additionally, in May 2020, Tejas Wadiwala obtained a certification as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
