Rosalyn Keane is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Vice President of Legal Operations at ORION since January 2025. Previously, Rosalyn held the position of Senior Counsel at Orion Marine Group from April 2021 to January 2025, where responsibilities included managing construction-related issues, contracts, and claims for the Western United States region. Prior to that, Rosalyn was In-House Counsel at O'Rourke Petroleum from July 2013 to April 2021, focusing on establishing the legal department and supporting acquisition and integration matters. Early legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at Donato, Minx, Brown & Pool, P.C., where tasks involved drafting various legal documents and researching complex insurance law issues. Rosalyn holds a Juris Doctor degree from South Texas College of Law Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Lamar University.
