Max Agranoff is a co-founder and principal at Orion Group, where responsibilities include overseeing the full life-cycle of investments by building relationships with businesses and structuring deals for growth since January 2021. Prior to this role, Max served as an investment professional at Alpine Investors, focusing on values-driven private equity and collaborating with exceptional leaders to enhance founder-owned businesses from May 2018 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes advisory roles at EY and PwC, specializing in structured finance and risk management, and conducting in-depth risk assessments at Great American Insurance. Max Agranoff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati's Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
