Tanner Papa has a diverse background in human resources and program management. Tanner began their career at Meridian Services, where they held roles as Program Manager and Program Director. Tanner then moved on to Korn Ferry as an Associate Consultant specializing in assessment and succession. Currently, Tanner serves as the Human Resources Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at Orion Associates.

Tanner Papa obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Adler University from 2018 to 2020.
