Andrea Hagen has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Risk Manager at Orion Associates since September 2015. Previously, Andrea held various HR roles, including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Payroll Specialist within the same company. Prior to that, Andrea worked at Menards from August 2009 to January 2016, where positions included Cabinets and Appliances Department Manager and Assistant Department Manager. Andrea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Family Social Science from the University of Minnesota and a Diploma in Graphic Design from Minneapolis Business College.
