Iain Stobbs is a skilled geologist currently employed at Oriole Resources PLC since September 2020. Prior experience includes a brief tenure at Altus Strategies in 2019, where Iain engaged in structural mapping and sampling at a VMS prospect in Ethiopia. Earlier, Stobbs worked as a Graduate Geoenvironmental/Geotechnical Engineer at RSA Geotechnics from May 2014 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Southampton, obtained between 2015 and 2020, and a Master of Science (MSci) in Geology from Imperial College London, earned from 2009 to 2013. The formative education includes A levels from Colchester Royal Grammar School, with strong performance in Chemistry, Maths, Geography, and Physics.
