Katia Fedoryha is an experienced HR manager and recruiter currently employed at ORIL since April 2016, where responsibilities include full cycle recruiting, candidate search and screening, interviewing, event management, and office budget management. Previously, Katia worked as a sales assistant for Inditex Group "Zara" from September 2015 to April 2016. Katia holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, obtained from 2010 to 2015.
