Roger Dutilly has extensive experience in the footwear manufacturing industry, currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Original Footwear Company since January 2017 and General Manager at Protego Footwear Inc. since November 2012, specializing in military and commercial duty uniform footwear. Prior to these roles, Roger was the Founder and Co-Owner of Caribbean Co-op from 2002 to 2012 and served as Vice President and General Manager of Manufacturing at Dexter Shoe Co. for three decades, where operations reached 12,500 pairs per day. Additional experience includes the role of Assistant General Manager at Dexter Shoe's satellite facility and military service in the Army, achieving an E-5 rank before receiving an honorable discharge.
