Paul Marrero possesses extensive experience in the field of Information Technology within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Original ChopShop since February 2021, Paul has previously held the position of IT Manager at bellagreen and founded TASTY TECH LLC, where expertise in managing enterprise systems and cross-functional teams was developed. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Restaurant Technologies, Manager of Restaurant Technologies, and System Administrator at Uncle Julio's Corporation from June 2009 to July 2020. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, earned between 2016 and 2019.
