Lucas Venske has a diverse and extensive work experience in software engineering. Lucas started their career at Sofit Software S.A. in 2015 as a Javascript Full Stack Developer, where they contributed to the development of a new company product and played a role in migrating systems. Lucas also suggested and participated in the rewrite of the NodeJS system with a new architecture, utilizing technologies such as Clean Code, TypeScript, NestJS, TypeORM, and DDD. Lucas used a stack comprising JavaScript, including NodeJS, EmberJS, and NestJS, as well as AWS services like EC2 and RDS.

Afterwards, Lucas worked at Embraco as a Software Engineer at diili, from August 2018 to January 2019. Lucas then joined Mercos as a Full Stack Developer from January 2019 to April 2021, before joining Nubank as an Engenheiro de software from April 2021 to February 2022.

Currently, Lucas holds a position at Origin as a Software Engineer starting from February 2022, and they have now transitioned into a Senior Software Engineer role since February 2023.

Lucas Venske obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems from Universidade da Região de Joinville, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Lucas also obtained several additional certifications, including a Nanodegree in Data Science Fundamentals I from Udacity in July 2018, Clean Architecture: Patterns, Practices, and Principles from Pluralsight in April 2018, and Domain-Driven Design Fundamentals from Pluralsight in April 2018. Lucas also completed courses such as React 16 - The Complete Guide (incl. React Router 4 & Redux) and Understanding TypeScript in 2018. Furthermore, they obtained certifications in Big Data Foundations - Level 1 from IBM in July 2017, and completed various online courses in subjects such as AngularJS, Git, and JavaScript.
