Dave Williams is an experienced professional in asset management and project delivery, currently serving as the Asset Intelligence Manager at Origin Housing since December 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining asset data, developing a six-tier asset hierarchy, and managing high-risk building safety programs. Prior to this, Dave held various roles, including Senior Projects Portfolio Manager at Origin Housing, delivering significant project portfolios, and Solution Delivery Consultant at Capita, focusing on software delivery and solutions architecture. With an extensive freelance background as an audio engineer and producer since 1983, alongside a decade of experience as the Information Technology Program Manager at Medway Council, Dave has a comprehensive skill set in technical project management and audio production. Educational qualifications include attendance at the University of Adelaide and Craigmore High School.
