Joshua Weston is an experienced Energy Trader currently employed at Origin Energy since April 2023, where responsibilities include managing short-term exposure in the National Electricity Market and overseeing a diverse range of energy assets such as coal, gas, diesel, hydro, wind, and solar. Previously, Joshua served as an Energy Trading Analyst at Rhelm from August 2021 to April 2023, contributing to over 20 business cases and economic assessments to secure project investments and liaising with stakeholders for effective community consultation on flooding and climate risk management. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies in Environmental, Agricultural and Resource Economics and Environmental Science from the University of Sydney.
