Brian Masters has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and banking industry. Brian is currently working at Origence as a SAFe Solution Train Engineer since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP - Sales Engineering from April 2020 to July 2022 and VP, Business Development from July 2019 to April 2020.

Before joining Origence, Brian worked at Mortgage Cadence from June 2016 to June 2019 as the VP, Enterprise Solutions. Brian specialized in the execution and negotiation of enterprise software solutions in the residential lending technology sector.

From 1998 to 2015, Brian held various senior-level positions at Bank of America. Brian served as a Senior Vice President, Program Manager, Senior Vice President, Process Design Manager, Vice President, Senior Service Delivery Manager, and FVP - Consumer Markets Technology. In these roles, they were involved in infrastructure and sales integration, process design, project management, and ensuring maximum return on technology and process improvement investments.

Brian's early career includes serving as a Senior Sales Representative for Real Estate Services at USAA Federal Saving Bank from 1995 to 1998, and as an Account Executive/Loan Officer at Norwest Mortgage from 1993 to 1995.

Brian Masters completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Wright State University, a four-year academic institution, between 1986 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Brian has obtained several certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc. Brian became a Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant in June 2023, a Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer in January 2023, and a Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager in June 2022.
