Jessica Magnusson has had a diverse range of work experience in the cosmetics industry. Jessica began their career at Oriflame Cosmetics as a Purchasing Trainee, where they implemented a project resulting in improved supply and cost savings. Jessica then moved on to Make Up Store AB, where they worked as a Purchasing Assistant and later as a Purchaser & Product Developer, focusing on product development and supplier relationship management. Jessica returned to Oriflame Cosmetics as a Global Buyer, responsible for procurement tasks for new product development and negotiations. Jessica then progressed to the role of Senior Global Buyer and later became the Global Procurement Manager for Accessories, where they managed a team and was responsible for defining accessories sourcing strategies. Currently, they hold the position of Director Global Procurement NPD & Innovations at Oriflame Cosmetics, where they oversee all global direct procurement for new products and innovations.

Jessica Magnusson attended ?rebro University in 2010 to study Lean och Kvalitetsutveckling A. From 2009 to 2010, they pursued a degree in International Purchaser at Stockholm International Business School. In 2006-2007, Jessica completed an Aspirantutbildning (Store Manager Education/ Butikschefsutbildning) at Nilson Group AB. Jessica'seducation also includes a technical virtual design program at Timr? Gymnasium from 2000 to 2003.
