Beth Haste currently serves as the Lead QA Software Engineer at Oriental Trading Company, A Berkshire Hathaway Company, since September 2021. Haste previously worked at Oriental Trading Company from March 2003 to August 2012 as a Course Developer/Trainer, focusing on designing and developing lesson plans and training resources. Earlier experience includes a role as a CREW Dispatcher/Manager Helper at Union Pacific Railroad, where responsibilities involved supervising personnel for yard and road crew operations. Haste also holds significant teaching experience from positions at Loyola Academy, St. Louise de Marillac High School, and Carmel High School for Girls, where curriculum development and student instruction were key roles. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Education from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education & Health from Northern Illinois University.
