Albain Lacaille is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance for the ORIENT EXPRESS on the Silenseas project since January 2024. In addition, Albain is a co-founder of Polymatter Ventures, focusing on investments in pre-seed and seed rounds for globally ambitious founders. Previous roles include Head of Finance at Bellman, International Investment Manager at Korian, and Senior Consultant at EIGHT ADVISORY, specializing in transaction services and restructuring. Early career experience includes positions in business development at Jean-Louis Casquette, assistant product management at Cartier, and consulting for Sanofi Pasteur at Capgemini Consulting. Albain holds a Master of Science in Management from ESSEC Business School, is pursuing a Magister of Finance at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and has a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics with a major in Economy from Université René Diderot (Paris VII).
