Ganesh Warade has over 12 years of work experience. GANESH started their career in 2010 at Orient Cement, where they held various roles including Manager Mechanical, Deputy Manager Mechanical, and Assistant Manager (Mechanical). In these roles, they managed overall maintenance functions, optimized resources and cost evaluation, and planned and managed plant maintenance. GANESH also assisted in procurement and inventory management of critical spares. Prior to working at Orient Cement, Ganesh was a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Sun Pharma, where they gained experience in preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as utility installation projects.

Ganesh Warade completed their school education from Nutan Vidhyalaya Malkapur between the years 1991 and 2001. During this time, they studied in the Marathi medium with a particular interest in science and math. Following their school education, Ganesh enrolled in the Govt. Polytechnic Khamgaon, where they pursued a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from 2003 to 2006. After completing their diploma, Ganesh went on to study at Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical. In the same years, they also attended Sanjeevani Education Societys College of Engineering, At. Sahajanandnagar, Post. Shingnapur, Tal. Kopargaon, Dist. Ahmednagar 423603, where they earned a BE in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Ganesh acquired certifications in Business Analysis Overview from Skillsoft in August 2023 and became an Internal Auditor of ISO by DNV-GL, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
