Goshen Sibalela holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining Engineering from The Copperbelt University, with a focus on Mine Planning and Design. Currently serving as a Technical Services Engineer at Orica since June 2022, Goshen previously worked as a Mining Projects Supervisor at Barrick Gold Corporation, where responsibilities included executing mining projects to ensure continuous production and safe operations. Prior experience includes a role as a Blasting Engineer at BME, where Goshen provided technical advice to First Quantum Minerals and optimized pit operations. Earlier career steps involved a Graduate Trainee position at BME and a role as Quality Controller at Cmc Cooperativa Muratori e Cementisti di Ravenna, focusing on quality assurance and compliance audits at Konkola Copper Mine. Additionally, Goshen is a member of the Engineering Institution of Zambia (MEIZ).
