Andrew was appointed Chief Development Officer in March 2022, with responsibility for corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Orica, Andrew was Executive President of Strategy and Development at Wood PLC accountable for group strategy, divestments, mergers and acquisitions, sales, marketing and communications. Prior to this, Andrew held several executive roles at Wood dating back to 2009, including Chief Executive Officer of Wood’s largest business unit - Asset Solutions Americas, President of construction, maintenance and operations in the Americas and Managing Director in Australia & Asia Pacific.
