Claire Horlock has a long history of work experience in the sciences. Claire began their career in 2002 as a Research Technician at the University of Birmingham. In 2007, they moved to Imperial College London as a Postdoctoral Research Associate. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as an Immunologist and Analytical Project Manager at Immune Targeting Systems. Claire then moved to Cell Medica as a Senior Scientist in Process R&D (Immunology). In 2020, they joined Autolus Ltd. as a Senior Scientist II, taking on the roles of Analytics Team Lead (Process Development) and Viral Vector Analytics. Currently, they are a Principal Scientist at Ori Biotech.
Claire Horlock obtained a BSc (Hons) in Medical Microbiology from the University of Leeds between 1999 and 2002. Claire then went on to pursue a PhD in Immunology from the University of Nottingham from 2003 to 2007.
