Deb Semple has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Deb currently holds the position of Vice President, Services, APAC at orgvue, where they are responsible for delivering organizational design and workforce planning solutions. Prior to this, they worked at Pinpoint HRM as the Cornerstone OnDemand Practice Leader, General Manager - Implement and Optimise, Oracle HCM Practice Leader, Practice Leader - Client Delivery, and Senior Consultant / NSW Team Lead. Their responsibilities included implementing and optimizing HR software solutions, managing client relationships, and leading a team of consultants. Before joining Pinpoint HRM, Deb served as a Senior Account Manager at HRX, where they provided functional consulting and account management services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Project Manager at MLC and as an Account Manager at EH Walton Packaging, where they focused on project management, marketing, and business development in the FMCG industry.
Deb Semple has a Bachelor of Technology in Marketing, with a focus on Marketing and Market Research, obtained from Durban University of Technology from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Marketing Management at the Institute of Marketing Management from 1995 to 1998, with a concentration in Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, and Market Research. In 2010, Deb attended Seek Learning to acquire skills in Six Sigma - Green Belt. Additionally, they completed courses in Introduction to Project Management & Managing Projects using Microsoft Project at Sydney University Centre for Continuing Education in 2003. Furthermore, Deb obtained certifications in Corporate Financial Statement Analysis and Organization Design from LinkedIn in 2022.
