Lisa Finkelstein is the CEO and Founder of Astra Leadership, a role held since August 2023, while also serving as a Partner at OrgShakers. As an Executive Board Member of the Anti-Defamation League since 2016, Finkelstein has demonstrated a commitment to leadership and community service. Previous positions include Senior Partner at Korn Ferry from 2021 to September 2023 and Managing Director at Slalom Consulting from January 2017 to December 2020. Finkelstein also held the title of Managing Director for Human Capital Strategy & Leadership Development at Accenture from 2006 to January 2017, and prior roles include Executive Director at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and Director at University of Pennsylvania Health System. Finkelstein began a career in strategic planning at Pan Am World Airways and holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
