Melissa Zellner CPP PMP currently serves as the Executive Director of Security & Resilience at Organon, where leadership is provided to a globally-deployed Protective Intelligence team. Responsibilities include managing tactical and strategic intelligence to enhance crisis management and operational decision-making while ensuring the protection of personnel, facilities, and supply chain. Prior roles include Director of Global Security at Merck, where Melissa contributed to the establishment of a new Corporate Security team during a company spin-off, and Director of Risk Intelligence at Walmart, where the first enterprise-wide Risk Intelligence program was initiated. Additional experience spans various positions at Merck focusing on security risk management across Latin America, along with earlier roles at the Central Intelligence Agency and U.S. Department of State, complemented by educational credentials in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
