Ian Rivers MBA, CMgr FCMI currently serves as Associate Director of Engineering Capital Projects at Organon, leading a team of Project Engineers in the delivery of major capital initiatives since December 2023. Prior to this role, Ian amassed extensive experience at GSK from January 1999 to December 2023, holding various leadership positions including Strategy and Business Improvement Director, where strategic investment proposals were developed and headcount governance was implemented. Additional roles included Site Supply and Logistics Director, where Ian achieved significant annual savings through restructuring, and Business Change Lead, focusing on organization design and the reorganization of a manufacturing site. Ian's earlier career includes positions at PepsiCo and Black & Decker, with a solid foundation in engineering and supply chain management. Ian holds an MBA from Northumbria University and multiple HNC qualifications in manufacturing and engineering disciplines.
