Gerard Fehling is an experienced executive in business technology strategy and delivery, currently serving as Executive Director of Business Technology Strategy Realization at Organon since June 2022. Previously, Fehling held the position of Vice President at Syneos Health, where responsibilities included overseeing technology business management, project and portfolio operations, and leading initiatives for standardizing business analysis and quality assurance. Prior to Syneos Health, Fehling served as Executive Director at inVentiv Health, expanding the Business Technology PMO and managing significant technology portfolios. A background in digital marketing and strategy was further developed at Optimer Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer, following an extensive foundational career at Accenture. Fehling earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
