Els Deflem is an accomplished professional in project management with over 21 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director of Project Management at Organon since June 2021, Els previously held multiple roles at Merck Sharp & Dohme from August 2002 to June 2021, including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, and QS Engineer. Els holds a Master of Science in Engineering Technology from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, attained between 1998 and 2002.
