Cristian Villegas Contreras has extensive work experience in supply chain and demand planning. Cristian currently serves as the Demand Fulfillment & Demand Planning Operation Lead for U.S. at Organon since November 2023. Prior to that, they were the Supply Chain Operation Lead for Chile, Perú, and Bolivia at Organon from January 2022 to November 2023. Cristian also worked as the Regional Demand Manager at Organon from June 2021 to January 2022.

Before their time at Organon, Cristian worked at MSD, starting in 2013. During their tenure at MSD, they held various roles such as Regional Demand Planner for Chile, Perú, and Bolivia from August 2017 to June 2021, Fulfillment Planner Rest of LA from November 2016 to August 2017, Supply Demand Lead for Chile and Bolivia from May 2014 to November 2016, and Demand Planner & Logistic Coordinator from May 2013 to April 2014.

Cristian began their career at Merck Sharp & Dohme in 2010, where they served as the Impo & Expo Coordinator & Transportation Lead to Chile. In this role, they were responsible for the planning, coordination, and management of pharmaceutical product imports, as well as the coordination of exports and returns to origin plants.

Cristian Villegas Contreras began their education at the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana in 2004, where they pursued a degree in International Trade for six years, completing their studies in 2010. In 2006, they also completed a Diplomado de Relaciones Internacionales at the Universidad Tecnológica Metropolitana del Estado De Chile, focusing on International Relations and Affairs.

In 2011, Villegas Contreras attended the Instituto PRECADET and obtained a certificate in Transporte de Mercancías Peligrosas Vía Aérea. The field of study for this certificate is not specified.
