Charlie Connors is an experienced finance professional with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Executive Finance Director at Organon since June 2021, Charlie heads the R&D Finance department. Prior to this, tenure at Merck spanned from September 2005 to June 2021, where various roles included Finance Director for Merck Research Labs Financial Services and leadership in multiple financial areas. Experience also includes a position as Finance Director at Sanofi (Aventis) from November 2000 to November 2004, and prior roles at Pfizer and Deloitte, contributing to strong financial reporting and analysis expertise. Charlie holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
