Renee Blaine

Director Of Compensation, Benefits And HRIS at Organogenesis

Renee Blaine has a diverse work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Renee most recently served as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Organogenesis starting in April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Total Rewards at Turbonomic from October 2017 to October 2018. Renee also worked as an Executive Compensation & Total Rewards Consultant at E Squared HR Solutions from 2013 to 2017, where they partnered with executive teams and HR leaders on various compensation and benefits projects. Notably, they collaborated with the chief HR officer and compensation committee to design executive and employee compensation plans. Earlier in their career, Renee held senior leadership roles at PTC, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Human Resources from 2010 to 2013, where they oversaw executive compensation and global employee compensation and benefits across 30 countries. Renee provided strategic consultation on pay issues, incentive program design, and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, they worked in various human resources roles at PTC from 2001 to 2010.
