Jino Thankachan is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Sous Chef at Raithwaite Sandsend since June 2022, and also holds the position of Senior Sous Chef at Organic Foods and Cafe since December 2017. Prior roles include Sous Chef at Epicure Catering & Health Factor in Dubai from April 2014 to December 2017, Chef De Partie at Emirates Flight Catering from January 2013 to March 2014, and Chef De Partie at The Country Club Hotel in Dubai from November 2007 to December 2013. Jino Thankachan's formal education includes a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, completed between 2002 and 2004, and studies at Kerala University in Thiruvananthapuram from 2000 to 2002.
