Amal Tom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in inventory control and commercial management within the food service industry. Currently serving as the Commercial Manager for Production Units at Organic Foods and Cafe since April 2018, Amal manages the Bakery, Butchery, and Cafes while previously holding the role of Inventory Controller for Cafes, overseeing inventory across multiple locations, and liaising with the Executive Chef on stock requirements. Prior experience includes working as a Storekeeper at Bayshore Seawood Projects from September 2012 to November 2017, where responsibilities involved managing inventory counts and compliance with company policies. Earlier, Amal served as a Store Assistant at ANNA KITEX GROUP, focusing on inventory management of semi-finished and finished products.
