Susan Strom has a diverse work experience that spans several positions and industries. Susan began their career in 1996 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter at State Farm Insurance, where they worked until 1998. Susan then transitioned to the role of Underwriting Team Manager at State Farm Insurance, where they worked for over 13 years until 2011.

In 2011, Susan joined O'Reilly Media as a Sales Associate - Retail. Susan held this position for three years before being promoted to Account Manager in 2014. Susan continued to excel in their role and was further promoted to Sales Operations Analyst in 2018. Most recently, they have held the position of Senior Operations Manager since June 2020.

Throughout their career, Susan has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a knack for sales and operations. Their experiences in both insurance and media industries have provided their with a well-rounded skill set.

Susan Strom attended Mills College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies with a minor in English.
