Guy Harrison has a diverse and extensive work experience. Guy started their career at Pearson as an Author in 1997 and continued in that role until 2010. In 1998, they joined Quest Software and held various positions including Chief Architect, CTO APM BU, and Director of Engineering, ultimately becoming the Vice President of Software Engineering in 2012. During their time at Quest Software, Guy played a pivotal role in setting the strategy for the database tools group and invented several software products, such as the Spotlight product family, which generated over $1B in revenue. From 2012 to 2016, when Quest Software became part of Dell, Guy served as the Executive Director for R&D of Database Tools at the Dell Software Group, overseeing a global team of 220 software engineers.
