Divya Richa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Divya began their career at Info Edge India Ltd in 2007, where they served as Sr. Executive of Product Development and Operations. Divya then moved on to Tyroo as an Operations Lead from 2010 to 2011. Following this, Divya worked at Times Internet as a Senior Officer in Campaign Management in 2013.
Divya then joined ibibo Web Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of Operations, focusing on setting up and handling multiple advertiser campaigns. In 2014, Divya joined LinkedIn, initially working as a Campaign Manager and later as a Client Solution Manager. At LinkedIn, they contributed to the successful setup and delivery of advertiser campaigns.
In 2018, Divya joined Google as a Program Manager, where they played a crucial role in driving ad revenue for Google Station in the Indian region. Divya managed campaigns and implemented go-to-market strategies for clients targeting over 450 railway stations.
From 2019 to 2021, Divya held the position of Senior Sales Development Manager at Onfido, a startup. In this role, they led the sales development team and oversaw marketing activities for the Indian market. Divya collaborated closely with the sales team to ensure the generation of high-quality leads and a healthy sales pipeline.
In 2021, Divya joined O'Reilly Media as the Manager of Sales Development, responsible for the APAC and EMEA regions. Divya currently manages a team of sales development representatives and helps companies succeed through technology and business training.
Most recently, in 2022, Divya became a member of RevGenius, further expanding their network and expertise in the field.
Divya Richa completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on HR and Marketing at F.M University Balasore from 2001 to 2004. Divya then pursued their MBA degree in Marketing and HR at the Indian Business Academy from 2005 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Divya Richa has obtained multiple certifications, including "How to Sell on Value, Not Price" from LinkedIn in July 2023, "Up and Running with LinkedIn Sponsored Content" from Lynda.com in December 2016, "Mentoring Others" from Lynda.com in November 2016, and "Online Marketing Fundamentals" from Lynda.com in September 2016.
