Erin Bechen has extensive experience in administrative and operational roles, currently serving as the Administrative Assistant for Special Education at Oregon School District since October 2021. Prior to this, Erin held the position of Operations Director at the Workforce Development Board of South Central Wisconsin from January 2006 to September 2021. Earlier career experience includes working as a Technical Recruiter at Oxford Global Resources from 2004 to 2005 and serving as a Student Manager in the Student Involvement and Employment Office at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point from 2002 to 2004. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, attained between 2001 and 2004, and attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2000 to 2001.
