Eugenia Liu is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the senior living and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Oregon Health Care Association since January 2022, Eugenia previously held similar leadership roles at Eclipse Senior Living and Brookdale Senior Living, where responsibilities included overseeing legal and risk functions for numerous senior living communities nationwide. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Emeritus Senior Living and Partner at Morris Polich & Purdy LLP, focusing on risk management and litigation for long-term care providers. Eugenia began legal career as an Associate Attorney at Lucas, Mullany, Boyer & Haverkamp. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from The Johns Hopkins University. Admitted to practice in California, Washington, and Oregon.
