Monica Vaughn Fisher is currently the Director of Donor Engagement and Development at the Oregon Golf Association, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Monica served as the Assistant Golf Coach at the University of Oregon from August 2018 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing a $160,000 budget and coordinating travel and expenditures. Earlier experience includes a position as a server at Hillstone Restaurant Group, which involved delivering high-level customer service. Monica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Arizona State University, obtained in May 2017, and graduated from Reedsport High School in June 2013.
