Tyharra Cozier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial property management and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Commercial Property Manager at TMT Development since May 2018, Tyharra oversees a diverse portfolio, including notable properties such as Fox Tower and The Guild Theatre. Concurrently, Tyharra holds the position of Office Manager and Actor/Model at Q6 Model & Artist since June 2019. A Teaching Artist at Oregon Children's Theatre, Tyharra focuses on Theatre for Social Change. As Co-Founder and COO of Syde-Ide Collaborations from June 2017 to November 2020, Tyharra aimed to use art to inspire dialogue around marginalized perspectives. Previous roles include Student Liaison for the August Wilson Red Door Project and various leasing positions in Florida. Tyharra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Florida State University and a Certificate in Acting from Portland Actors Conservatory.
