Alexis Charpentier is an experienced labor law associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin since February 2014, specializing in collective labor relations and labor standards. Responsibilities include grievance arbitration, appearances before the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT), and collective agreement negotiations. Additionally, Alexis has served as a discussion group facilitator on labor relations for the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since September 2011. Previous positions include labor and employment lawyer roles at Heenan Blaikie LLP and Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP, as well as a labor law consultant at Rio Tinto Alcan. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in Civil Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Industrial Relations, both from Université de Montréal.
