Alexis Charpentier is an experienced labor law associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin since February 2014, specializing in collective labor relations and labor standards. Responsibilities include grievance arbitration, appearances before the Tribunal administratif du travail (TAT), and collective agreement negotiations. Additionally, Alexis has served as a discussion group facilitator on labor relations for the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés since September 2011.
