Mike Banyard began their work experience at HSBC Bank Plc in 1993, starting as a Relationship Manager. Mike then transitioned into various roles within the payments sector, including Product Manager and Senior Payment Industry Commercialization Manager. In 2006, they became a Senior Product Manager for Payments at HSBC Bank Plc.
