Ciara Beddy is a seasoned professional in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), currently serving as the Geospatial Product Development Manager at Ordnance Survey Ireland since September 2017. Beddy's career includes progressive roles at the same organization, including Senior Technical Officer and GIS Specialist, alongside valuable experience as a Senior GIS Engineer at Irish Mapping and GIS Solutions Ltd. Previous internships at Meath County Council, Dublin City Council, and Ordnance Survey Ireland provided foundational skills in GIS applications. Beddy holds an MSc in GIS and Remote Sensing and a Masters in Regional and Urban Planning from prestigious universities, as well as a BSc in Social Science.
